1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Terms

Packages and Memberships: All packages of hours (e.g., project-based or ADHOC billing) and recurring memberships (e.g., consulting agreements) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Unused Hours and Validity

Packages: Unused hours from packages cannot be carried over beyond the validity period of the agreed objectives. All objectives are quoted, sent to the client, and must be approved by the client before the completion of work.

Memberships: Hours from memberships cannot be rolled over to the next month.
3. Upgrades

Clients may upgrade to a higher-tier package or membership at any time, with the price difference applied accordingly.
4. Scheduling and Availability

All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the session being considered used.
6. Commitment Periods

Minimum Commitment: Packages require a minimum commitment period of 12 months.
